- Am I eligible for the Miles Up card?
You need a monthly salary of AED 10,000 for Platinum and AED 25,000 for World. Make sure you receive your salary in a bank account.
- Do I need a minimum spend to earn Miles Up?
There is no minimum spend to earn Miles Up on the Platinum or World Credit Card.
- What can I use my Miles Up for?
You can choose to redeem it for air tickets, hotel bookings, online gadgets and vouchers. Right after you earn 10,000 Miles Up, you can redeem it on any reward of your choice through the Deem mobile app or the Deem Online portal.
- Is my Credit Card insured?
Yes, your Deem Platinum Credit Cards are insured with Deem Double Secure. An insurance plan which protects your credit card’s outstanding and extends an equivalent amount to you or your nominee in the unfortunate event of Death or Critical Illness of the primary credit card holder. The plan also pays 10% of your credit card’s outstanding in the event of Involuntary Loss of Employment.
