How to block my Card

If your Deem Credit Card is lost or stolen, it is best advised to immediately block it, you can do this by simply logging on the Deem mobile app and ‘Report Lost/ Stolen’ under the ‘Details’ section. Make sure you also request for a card replacement. You can also call our Customer Care unit.
